This pump is a replacement for Pentair® WhisperFlo 011513 1HP WHF-4 Pumps that wrer previously used for swimming pool filtration and circulation.
Pentair stopped making Pentair® WhisperFlo 011513 1HP WHF-4 Pumps, since they don’t meet DOE energy efficiency standards.
Due to recent regulation changes, it no longer complies with DOE energy efficiency standards for dedicated-purpose pool pumps (DPPPs).
As a result, it is not intended for pool circulation but can still be used for non-circulation applications such as decorative fountains, waterfalls, and other approved uses.
