Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be cancelled if the customer submits an order cancellation request and the order has not yet shipped.

A 6% cancellation fee applies to all cancelled orders.
This fee is not a penalty. It simply covers the non-refundable transaction costs charged by our payment processor when we take and then refund a payment, as well as other costs associated with processing the order transaction. In other words, we do not want to lose money if a customer decides to cancel an order for any reason.
Please note: this policy is clearly displayed during checkout and must be read and agreed to before an order can be placed.
